Chris Hemsworth prefers to bulk up rather than do cardio, and he particularly loves working on his arms.
Chris' personal trainer, Luke Zocchi, said that the Avengers star likes doing functional movements like sit-ups, pull-ups and chin-ups.
Luke, who has been training Chris for eight years, says he is a bit an arms guy and loves training his arms.
But he adds that Chris is strict with his diet and has a personal chef on set. he is also very competitive by nature.
