Fans are showing their support for Britney Spears, gathering outside the court where her conservatorship hearing is taking place.

After Britney requested the court remove her father as conservator this week – a conservatorship is a legal matter that prevents her from being in charge of her own finances, as a result of her physical and mental state – fans gathered to show their support for the popstar. Britney's ex-husband, Jason Alexander, also attended the protest. He said Britney reached out to him saying she wanted to see him, but with her conservatorship in place, she can't. "So I'm kinda fighting for that," he told reporters.
