  • Trigger warning: sexual assault.
  • TikTok star Justine Paradise has accused Jake Paul of sexual assault.
  • The 24-year-old claims the YouTuber forced her to perform oral sex on him in July 2019.
  • The social media star, who is the younger brother of YouTube megastar Logan Paul, has since denied the allegations.

Jake Paul has been accused of sexual assault by TikTok star Justine Paradise.

In a 20-minute long video posted on Friday on her channel, she alleged the YouTube megastar forced her to perform oral sex on him at his Team 10 house in California.

She claims the 24-year-old, who is also the younger brother of YouTube star Logan Paul, made her sign a non-disclosure agreement before entering his house letting her believed she "wasn't allowed to talk" about the alleged incident because "if you sign an NDA, you're signing away your rights to talk about anything basically". She recently learned otherwise, and shared she was chatting to the star for several weeks before the incident occurred in July 2019, People reports.

She says the two were kissing, and she was "fine with that" before he led her to his bedroom and "took it to his bed". But when he put his hands in places she did not want, she moved them away, and she claims the 24-year-old asked, "If nothing's going to happen, what's the point?"

She says things escalated, despite telling him "no", and while he was physically on top of her, allegedly forced her to perform oral sex.

"He didn't ask for consent or anything," she says. "That's not okay. On no level at all is that okay."

On Tuesday, Jake Paul shared a statement on social media denying the allegations against him.

"Sexual assault accusations aren't something that I or anyone should ever take lightly, but to be crystal clear, this claim made against me is 100 percent false," he wrote.

"Not only have I never had any sexual relationship with this individual but this claim is solely a manufactured accusation and a blatant attempt for attention during a highly visible fight week. Make no mistake, I plan on pursuing this defamation of character case to the fullest extent of the law. There are irreparable damages from these types of accusations and more importantly false allegations of this nature diminish those who have truly been victims of misconduct."
