Harry and Meghan had a turbulent start to the year after announcing they'd be stepping down from royal duties. But things didn't stop there for the royal couple.

Harry and Meghan carried out various engagements, set up their new foundation, Archewell, tackled the press, all the while mourning the loss of their second child, which Meghan recently revealed in an op-ed for The New York Times.

2020 delivered multiple blows for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, but they did put down roots in California hoping to start their new life – and sign a multi-year deal with Netflix that they believe will "share impactful content that unlocks action".

Here, we look at Harry and Meghan's year in review as we eagerly await the big things still to come from the royal couple.
