Charlize Theron has hinted at a sequel for the Netflix film, The Old Guard.
The 44-year-old plays Andy who leads a group of immortal mercenaries in the superhero film directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood based on the comic written by Greg Rucka.
The film which released on the streaming service on Friday, 10 July has already broken records. Netflix said on Twitter that the movie is already among the top 10 list of popular Netflix films ever and that it will reach 72 million households in its first four weeks.

In an interview with Variety, the Academy-award winner shared that the viewership record for the movie is "pretty crazy".
While a sequel hasn't been greenlit just yet, she said: "We're still pushing this one out. Let's have a little resting period, but just given the fact that all of us really want to do it, I'm sure when it's the right time, we'll start the conversation."
In the meantime, Charlize will be hosting a drive-in screening of Mad Max: Fury Road in Los Angeles on 31 July in aid of the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project which helps fund youth programs in South Africa.
