Jurassic World 3 shall be called …

Director Colin Trevorrow shared a photo from the first day of filming on his Instagram account officially revealing the title of the movie, Jurassic World: Dominion.

Chris Pratt, who reprises his role as Owen Grady also shared the picture with the meaning of the word dominion. He wrote: "#JurassicWorldDominion. Hold onto your butts."

While specific details of the film remain under wraps, we do know that Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill will reprise their original roles from the 1993 Jurassic Park movie. This will be the first time they appear together again in the same film.

The trio will team up with Owen (Pratt) and Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard).

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the 43-year-old filmmaker shared the movie will be in the same vein as Stephen Spielberg's original movie.

"If I could contextualise each film, I would say Jurassic World was an action-adventure, Fallen Kingdom is kind of a horror suspense film, and Jurassic World 3 will be a science thriller in the same way that Jurassic Park was."
