Always wanted to get into music? A bunch of local stars will tell you how at this upcoming event

Cape Town - Have you ever wanted to hear your favourite artist speak about how they got to the top? 

A new conference in Cape Town is going to give you that chance. 

Catalyst Africa is a new and exciting event built on the belief that innovation can come from anywhere and takes place from 30-31 October 2019 at Cape Town’s Portswood Ridge Precinct in the V&A Waterfront.

According to organisers the event will be hosting the likes of Slikour, Danny K & Kabelo, Jules & Ben from Goodluck and Josh Hawks (Freshlyground) & Barry van Zyl (Annie Lenox, Johhny Clegg band) who will be presenting session on topics ranging from digital branding, to creative thinking through music, to how to cut through the clutter in the music world.  

There will be multiple session taking place simultaneously to enable attendees to choose their own experience and educational content, presented by a host of leaders from world-class educational institutions, successful business people and leading technical experts.

There will also be several music acts who are going to do pop-up performances at Catalyst Africa. 

Fans will be able to see: Kirsty Adams, Reinhardt, Ethan Florus, Mathew Gold, Saul City, Philip Malan, Sm Trio and DJ Just Be.

There are a slew of other speakers who are stepping into the spotlight at gathering to share their immense knowledge.
