Ariana Grande leaps over Justin Bieber, Mariah Carey and Drake to set new Billboard record

As fans continue to show love for Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande's dance-pop hit Rain On Me, the success of the track has helped Ariana set a new Billboard record. 

Rain On Me debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, making it Ariana's fourth single to enter the chart at the top spot. 

According to Billboard, Ariana leapt over Justin Bieber, Drake and Mariah Carey who each have three songs that debuted at number one. 

This is not the first time Ariana has broken a Billboard record. Prior to this, she also joined iconic band, The Beatles, as the only artists to hold the top three spots on the Hot 100 chart simultaneously. 

Here are the four songs which debuted at number one, helping the singer score her new record:

1. Rain On Me

2.Stuck With U

3. 7 Rings

4. Thank U, Next
