Cape Town – Amid another royal scandal – involving Prince Andrew taking a step back from royal duties – we decided to feed your obsession with royal life by selecting three shows to watch.

There are some engrossing series that you'll want to binge and even a movie that you can pop on after dinner and relax.

As Queen Elizabeth II (Olivia Colman) faces a rapidly changing Britain, her family continues to struggle against the needs of the monarchy and the wants of their fracturing personal lives.

The second episode asks what the Prince of Wales' legacy might be for the Duchy, as senior staff prepare HRH Prince William for the day that he will succeed his father.

King Arthur: Legend of the Sword


When the child Arthur’s father is murdered, Vortigern, Arthur’s uncle, seizes the crown. Robbed of his birthright and with no idea who he truly is, Arthur comes up the hard way in the back alleys of the city. But, once he pulls the sword from the stone, his life is turned upside-down, and he is forced to acknowledge his real legacy – whether he likes it or not.
