Twice the charm for RuPaul's Drag Race All-Stars 5 winner Shea Couleé, who didn't just come to slay - she is a winner, baby!

With restrictions placed on movement due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the season's top three, Jujubee, Miz Cracker and Shea Couleé hopped on a video call to watch and react to the finale together in real-time.

Because the show is recorded in advance, to prevent leaks, the finale is filmed with three different outcomes. The finalist find out who is crowned the winner along with everyone else watching.

During the finale episode, past queens returned to the main stage, for a performance to Ru's new single Clap Back, and a runway Carson Kressley described as the "best ever," and "perfection."

Throughout the season, Shea spoke openly about the blow to her self-confidence and the personal trauma she experienced after losing a lip-sync against Sasha Velour in season 9.

With encouragement from Ru and the judges, Shea took back her power this season, and referenced the painful ordeal in several challenges.

"My drag in its purest form is a tribute to black women. Ru, I would be remiss if I did not tell you how much I appreciate you and everything that you've done.

"I thank you for helping me make my dreams come true. I'll never be able to repay you for that. But, if you give me your Venmo, I can send you some installments, and I will sure as hell try," she told Ru during final critiques.

Following an epic final lip sync to Janelle Monáe's Make Me Feel, Ru announced Shea as the winner of Drag Race All-Stars 5.

"My name is Shea Couleé, and I didn't come to slay, I came to win." she said after receiving her sceptre.

The 31-year-old has been inducted into the Drag Race hall of fame, alongside All-Stars sisters, Chad Michaels, Alaska Thunderfuck, Trixie Mattel, Monét X Change and Trinity the Tuck.

Following her win, Shea wrote on Instagram: "I own 100% of this crown! So thankful for all of the love and support I've received. This has been such an unbelievable journey, and I'm eternally grateful to be inducted into the hall of fame as the FIRST Chicago winner."
