Johannesburg - AKA has hit back at Cassper's allegations of assault labelling it a "marketing tactic".
Fans were left shocked this morning, when Cassper revealed on Twitter that AKA had allegedly walked up to his table and slapped him at a nightclub. (Read that story here)
Cantare nightclub officials have confirmed that a scuffle between AKA and Cassper did occur.
But AKA has fiercely denied the allegations, saying that he "does not condone violence".
The All Eyes on Me star has also insinuated that the allegations are part of a marketing tactic, ahead of #FillUpTheDome.
This is not on. I'm a role model. A public figure. I would never do such a thing.— AKA (@akaworldwide) August 7, 2015
What I would gain from this type of thing?? *sigh* .... I'm already the Supa mega. ?? ... Please don't believe what you read.— AKA (@akaworldwide) August 7, 2015
THERE WAS NO FIGHT TONIGHT. I have so much to look forward to, I don't do stuff like that.— AKA (@akaworldwide) August 7, 2015
It's no coincidence that this saga suddenly happens and there's an event around the corner that needs promotion. ??— AKA (@akaworldwide) August 7, 2015
Meanwhile, Cassper has been ridiculed for not fighting back, but he says that he isn't fazed, because he believes in the law of karma.
Jabu Mzimela, the club operator for Taboo Group of Clubs, says he witnessed what happened. Jabu expressed disbelief over the incident and labelled it as "bullshit". Jabu explained that the incident was apparently started by their "boys" and not them individually.
But I saw tonight there is some real hate and jealously where it's really not needed... So fucken sad to see. ??. No fixing this!

Only because AKA thinks Cassper slapped one of his boys. I was with Cassper. Nothing like that happened. @BlackBarbie_Chi— Sir Taboo (@JabuMzimela_) August 7, 2015
I'm so glad the way Cassper was willing to get himself out the situation. AKA I can't speak for, cause I wasn't on that side when it started— Sir Taboo (@JabuMzimela_) August 7, 2015
