Cape Town - Newly crowned Miss Universe, Zozibini Tunzi's former colleagues paid tribute to her in the sweetest way.

On Sunday Zozibini took home the title at the 68th Miss Universe, making her the third South African to bring home the crown.

Before being crowned Miss South African 2019 in August, the 26-year-old was furthering her studies, while working at an advertising company, Ogilvy in an undergraduate programme.

Sharing a photo of Zozibini's old desk, her former colleague wrote: "Guys. Zozi left the agency [that'] I'm at as Grad intern. Went on to become Miss SA. Now she's Miss Universe! Just a little shrine at her old desk. [sic]."

In the photo, her old computer's desktop wallpaper is changed to an image from when she was crowned Miss South Africa, and the walls in the office are covered with posters of the Eastern Cape-born beauty.
