Unathi loves showing off her training routine on Instagram, and by what we can tell, it's quite a hectic one. The Idols SA judge has also posted many progress pics on social media to help keep herself and fans motivated.
From taking on the Westcliff stairs to killing it at Grid classes, there's no workout that this star will shy away from.
2. Liesl Laurie
This former Miss SA makes working out look good.
Not only does she work hard, Liesl Laurie knows it's important to keep exercise fun too. The presenter has shared some fun clips from her recent time in the gym, as well as some inspirational messages for her followers.
3. Pearl Thusi
We already know this, but just in case you need a warning, you do not want to mess with Pearl Thusi.
The actress showed off her boxing skills in a clip on Instagram and we were out of breath just watching.
4. Fezile Makhanya
Actor Fezile Makhanya has shown us what it means to "break a sweat". While bulking up with weights might seem like a go-to for many, the star also understands the importance of cardio training.
"Nobody likes cardio, but I do it regularly to keep my heart and body pumping," he told fans on Instagram.
5. Janez Vermeiren and Juliana Vasconcelos
