Keeping a picture of Candice Swanepoel in a bikini or keeping that little black dress at the back of your cupboard may motivate you not to skip gym again.
Just ask Samkelo Ndlovu! She knows all about keeping herself on the wagon.
Samu, who has been trolled on numerous occasions for her weight, has been hitting the gym religiously. And, the results are already showing.
"My 40 year old self gets me out that bed to gym, and my future kids who may want me to play with them at the beach and swimming pool yank me out of my house to gym everyday. And that should be enough," Samu said.

I get stopped by ladies often out and about, I get asked on my comments on various social media - "Samu, what motivates you so much to hit the gym. I usually give up after 3 days". To be honest, I do not have a deep answer. It's simple, I owe it to my current self and to my 40 year old self and 50 year old self and to my future children. I owe it to us to get fit and healthy now, so I can live a longer, healthier, less sickly, more energetic and present life. Because I don't want to look back oneday when I'm 45 and think, I should've began my precess of leading a healthy lifestyle then. To be ready now. To receive my blessings. It's that simple. My 40 year old self gets me out that bed to gym, and my future kids who may want me to play with them at the beach and swimming pool yank me out my house to gym everyday.
