TRIBUTE: Issey Miyake

Japanese fashion designer Issey Miyake has died at age 84 of liver cancer. Miyake's funeral had already taken place after his death on 5 August, with "only relatives participating" in line with his wishes, and there were no plans for a public ceremony.
