Bobby Brown breaks his silence following son's death: 'There are no words to explain the pain'

Bobby Brown has broken his silence after the death of his 28-year-old son, Bobby Jnr.

According to Billboard, the singer opened up about the loss in a statement, saying: "Please keep my family in your prayers at this time." 

He added: "Losing my son at this point in our lives has devastated my family. There are no words to explain the pain."

A lawyer for Bobby Brown said that Bobby Jnr "was not feeling well a couple of days before his death, with flu-like symptoms," the publication reports. 

Bobby Jnr died on Wednesday. According to E! News, a police spokesperson said authorities responded to a medical emergency, and upon arrival at the scene discovered a dead body.
