  • Kanye West and Irina Shayk celebrated the rapper's birthday with a getaway to France with friends.

  • The news comes following Kanye's split from Kim Kardashian at the beginning of the year. Irina Shayk previously dated Cristiano Ronaldo and Bradley Cooper - she shares daughter, Lea with the actor.

Kanye West and Irina Shayk recently returned from a trip to France where they spent three nights together at Villa La Coste in the company of friends, sources tell E! News.

An insider says the two "looked incredibly happy and relaxed", while a second adds: "Kanye photographed Irina any chance he could.

"She loved posing for him, and he got very into what he was creating with his photographs. She looks like his muse."

Upon their return to the US, the rapper and supermodel were spotted at a New Jersey airport on Wednesday.

"They have been seeing each other for several weeks," a third source confirms. "Kanye has been flying in and out of New York to be with her."

The new couple has been in each other's circles for years, both being in the fashion industry, of course, but only recently got together through mutual friends and fashion designer Riccardo Tisci, following the Jesus is King hitmaker's divorce from Kim Kardashian.

A source adds that Kim "heard the rumours about Kanye and Irina Shayk, and she doesn't mind at all". "If it doesn't impact her kids, then she doesn't mind if Kanye dates."

As for Irina, an insider tells People she "seems smitten". "There is an interest from both sides," they say.
