Two months after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, Kanye West has responded and, like the reality star, has requested joint physical and legal custody of their children: North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.

The two are indeed splitting on "amicable" terms, with Kanye also citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their divorce while asking that their separate and shared properties be determined "according to proof at time of trial or settlement", reports E! News.

The rapper also indicated, just as Kim did, that both parties should pay their own legal fees, and neither should pay spousal support.

The news comes after a source updated that Kim K is "doing much better now" following the couple's decision, while she continues to live in their R916 million home with their kids. Kanye has since officially moved out of the couple's mansion.
