Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson have welcomed their baby boy via surrogate.
A representative for the reality star confirmed the news of the arrival of their second child to People.
News that the pair, who share four-year-old True, were expecting another bundle of joy broke in July.
At the time, a source told E! News that "the baby was conceived via surrogate before it was revealed to Khloé and the public that Tristan was having a baby with someone else in December."
According to People, the 38-year-old has not yet decided on a name for her son.
A representative told Page Six that the Good American founder is "incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing" they also asked for kindness and privacy so that "Khloé can focus on her family."
