Tiffany Haddish recently opened up about her plans to adopt.
"I just went to Africa!" the comedian told E!'s Daily Pop's Justin Sylvester on Wednesday. "I just was in Eritrea."
She said people kept wanting to give her kids. "I was like, 'Hold up, I gotta get the paperwork right! I can't just be taking kids with me!'" she joked.
The Night School star recently split from Common, but previously revealed she was keen to start a family – and it may be sooner than we think.
"Maybe at the end of the year, beginning of next year," she revealed.
The news comes shortly after the star's run-in with the law. She was pulled over and arrested in the early hours of Friday morning for driving under the influence.
