Tiger King's Joe Exotic is reaching out from prison once again as he continues to serve his sentence for plotting to kill Carole Baskin.

In a note shared on Instagram, the former zookeeper revealed he was diagnosed with an "aggressive cancer".

"Right now I don't want anyone's pity and I'm sure Carole will have her own party over this," he said, before adding: "What I need is the world to be my voice to be released."

He urged fans to help get him out of prison "so I can go home and get treatment on my own or enjoy what life I have left with my loved ones".
