Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have sat down with Oprah Winfrey for a tell-all interview.

Oprah With Meghan and Harry: A CBS Primetime Special will air on Sunday, 7 March in the US, and will see the duchess talk about "everything from stepping into life as a royal, marriage, motherhood, philanthropic work to how she is handling life under intense public pressure" before she's joined by Prince Harry.

Insiders have said the couple will not shy away from addressing the "tension" within the royal firm following their exit, and Gayle King said of the interview by her close friend, "nothing is off-limits", reports Independent.

On Friday's episode of CBS This Morning the host further added, teasing royal watchers: "I've heard from reliable sources, this is Oprah talking, that it's the best interview she's ever done.

"So I'm curious. I think that's saying something."
