Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's daughter has finally been included in the line of succession.

Lilibet 'Lili' Diana, named after her grandmother and great-grandmother, was born on 4 June in California to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The second child of Harry and Meghan has been placed 8th in the line of succession below her father, and brother Archie.

Neither Archie nor Lilibet have titles – a sore topic that came up during Harry and Meghan's explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey earlier this year – but are instead listed as "Master" and "Miss", respectively.

When Prince Charles ascends the throne, however, it is thought Archie and Lili will automatically inherit HRH titles as the grandchildren of the reigning monarch due to a Letters Patent issued in 1917 by King George V, reports Independent
