Glenn Close fighting for a Fatal Attraction remake


Cape Town - Oscar favourite Glenn Close is spearheading a new campaign to remake the 80s thriller Fatal Attraction, but from her character, Alex Forrest's, perspective.

Close starred alongside Michael Douglas in the psychological erotic thriller which was a box office success grossing $320.1m which made it the highest grossing film of 1987. 


In an interview with Deadline the actress said "that it would be interesting to take the exact story basically, and do it from her point of view. I think she’d become a tragic figure, rather than perceived as an evil figure."
