A new Suicide Squad will make their debut on the big screen on Friday, 6 August.

Director James Gunn has assembled some of the old crew and a large, new ensemble for the sequel of the critically panned 2016 movie directed by David Ayer.

The 54-year-old's inspiration for this film came from legendary comics writer John Ostrander's 1980s version of The Suicide Squad, who even makes a cameo in the film.
