Jurassic World Dominion's Kayla Watts is a former military pilot who is now an ace cargo-pilot-for-hire in a shadowy underworld. She’ll fly anything anywhere, no questions asked. 

The character is portrayed by DeWanda Wise of Netflix’s She’s Gotta Have It. "Kayla Watts is a new character Emily [Carmichael, who wrote the screenplay] and I created together, with DeWanda’s help," Colin Trevorrow says.
