Cape Town – One of the biggest stars in entertainment today, Billie Eilish is confirmed to perform at The Academy Awards 2020.
The 18-year-old artist's performance will take place on Sunday, 9 February 2020, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. Just last week, Billie made history as the youngest artist to win in all four major categories at The Grammys.
She walked away with five wins in total, for Best New Artist, Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Vocal Album. Her brother Finneas took home an additional two Grammy Awards for Producer of the Year, Non-Classical and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical.
Earlier this month, it was confirmed that Billie will perform the title song to the upcoming 25th James Bond film No Time to Die.
The singer is the youngest artist in history to write and record a James Bond theme song and here's hoping that if all goes well we'll be able to hear it for the first time at one of Hollywood's biggest nights.
No Time to Die will be in local theatres from 3 April 2020.
