Black Coffee has cooked up something new with US star Pharrell Williams.

The local DJ shared the news on Instagram, mentioning that their track, 10 Missed Calls, will be dropping globally on Friday.

"It's been an amazing journey on "10 Missed Calls" with Pharrell Williams (@pharrell) + Jozzy (@dopebyaccident)...dropping this Friday, November 20th GLOBALLY with some other exciting album news!" he captioned pics of himself in studio with Pharrell.

Speaking to Channel24 in May, Black Coffee opened up about his upcoming album, Subconsciously, and the track with Pharrell and Jozzy.

I'd first done the song with her [Jozzy], and have also been trying to do a song with Pharrell. We've done different things, and then when he heard this particular song, he was like, 'Okay, this is the one I want to get on'," he explained when asked how the collaboration came about.

The DJ also about up about his time at home during lockdown, saying it allowed him to focus on music full time.
