Channel24's Bronwyn McKay chats to South African singing sensation Amy Jones about singing for President Cyril Ramaphosa, sharing the stage with SA's top artists, and what she'll miss most about her home when she travels to the UK for her first international show. 

She burst onto the scene as a contestant on Season 9 of Idols SA in 2013 – now, nine years later, Amy Jones has her sights set on making it internationally.

Born and raised in Paarl, Jones has crafted her look, music and image locally, and will show the world what she has to offer when she takes the stage at the Shrewsbury Flower Show in the UK later this month.
