Is a Destiny's Child reunion on the cards? Fans seem to think so.

This came after the header on the group's official Twitter account was updated.

The change sparked a reaction from fans who took it as a sign that something special was on the way, with the buzz quickly causing "Destiny's Child Reunion" to trend on the social media app.

While we could all use a Destiny's Child reunion tour right now, Beyoncé's dad, Mathew Knowles, who is still the group's official manager, reportedly told TMZ that the group has no plans to reunite, make an album or go on tour.

About the social media updates, Mathew said it was a normal revamping by the record label and did not indicate anything special.

Back in May, Destiny's Child members Beyoncé Knowles, Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland shared audio from a quick catch-up call they had. Though no mention of a reunion was made back then either, they did talk about what each member had been up to.

Destiny's Child disbanded in 2006, after releasing five studio albums.
