The 2021 Grammy Awards is just days away, and as we inch closer, the excitement continues to build.

The Recording Academy faced its fair share of drama when announcing the nominees for the prestigious awards, with stars like The Weekend and Halsey speaking out after being snubbed, and Justin Bieber voicing his opinion with claims that he was nominated in the wrong category.

Drama aside, we still wait with anticipation to see who will walk away with a coveted gramophone trophy come 14 March.

Today, we take a look at the tunes nominated in the Record of the Year category -- one of the biggest prizes of the night.

2020 was quite the year for DaBaby. The rapper performed at some of the major music award shows, with Rockstar topping charts and becoming a favourite for many.

Say So - Doja Cat

TikTok helped catapult this song, and before we knew it, we could not escape its catchy melody. Doja Cat established herself as a forced to be reckoned with, building on the success of Say So to brings us even more great music. Will this Grammy be hers?

Everything I Wanted - Billie Eilish

Billie cleaned out at the 62nd Grammys, taking home six awards, including Record of the Year for Bad Guy. Could she do it again this year? Well, if history is any indication, then the other stars on this list better watch out.

Post Malone has proven himself to be quite the versatile artist. This chart-topping tune is one that will probably still be blasted at parties and included on road trip playlists for a while.

Savage Remix  - Megan Thee Stallion featuring Beyoncé

Savage is another track that found fame on TikTok, and shortly after, the remix popped up featuring Beyoncé. But even without Bey, the tune was quite catchy, getting Megan Thee Stallion the recognition that she deserves.
