The Masked Dancer

Built off the international success of The Masked Singer, The Masked Dancer is on BBC Brit Sundays at 7PM and features UK celebrity contestants who perform unique dances whilst covered from head to toe in extravagant costumes and masks. At the end of each episode, the star panel must vote on the best performances to decide who goes through to the next round, while trying to guess their true identities. The panel includes SA-born professional dancer Oti Mabuse, British presenter Jonathan Ross, British comedian Mo Gilligan, and TV presenter Davina McCall.

Be sure to watch the season finale on Sunday 19 September at 7PM on BBC Brit. If you’ve missed any of the previous performances, you can find them on DStv Catch Up over the next 30 days.

Local fans can look forward to seeing four South African faces in the upcoming season. South African professional dancers, Johannes Radebe and Cameron Lombard will be competing against Oti Mabuse, who is the first professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing to win the trophy for 2 consecutive years (2019 and 2020).
