The 2022 World Sports Betting Cape Town MET is taking place on Saturday, 29 January, with this year's theme, Glam Garden.
Excitement for the event is already brewing as fashionistas plan and prep their outfits for the big day.
With hospitality returning to the prestigious event after 2021's hiatus, the scene is set for a day of glitz and glam and, of course, top-class horse racing and entertainment.
Local stars like Expresso's Ryle Rene de Morny, Aneeqah Fataar, Junette Syster and Mieke Ola Jansen turned heads at Kenilworth Racecourse this week as they sported some of the looks we can expect from the event, wearing sophisticated creations from Ruff Tung.
Looking good pays at the MET as this year's best-dressed winners will walk away with a R5 000 voucher for a "dose of therapy" at Ruff Tung's Therapy Boutique.
As for entertainment on the day, artists set to perform include Zakes Bantwini, GoodLuck, Dean Fuel and Desiree.
"The Cape Town MET 2022 will adhere to strict Covid protocols for your own safety. Supporters without an ID and valid vaccination card will not be granted access to the grounds," a press statement explains.
Tickets for the MET range between R40 and R1000. View the full range of packages available at Webtickets.
