Now in its  23rd instalment, the annual event honours individuals across various industries who have not only made an indelible mark on local soil but have become powerful vehicles for change on the international stage too.

Not only does Sandton City house coveted local and international brands but is also home to one of the most revered events on the South African calendar.

The South African Style Awards 2019 are by invitation only - and will be hosted in the luxurious Diamond Walk on Sunday 7 November 2019.

The awards are a stylish showcase of innovation, creation and business that continue to elevate the echelon for excellence.

This year, the South African Style Awards is proud to present a brand new category: Most Stylish Changemakers. This category recognises the network of innovators, entrepreneurs, activists, business leaders, movers and shakers who are playing their part by inspiring, facilitating, mentoring, and collaborating with their community to bring about positive social change.

Most Stylish Couple: Somizi Mhlongo and Mohale Motaung

The Next Big Thing: Thameenah Saint and Mihlali Ndamase 

Most Stylish Changemakers: Tatum Keshwar and Warren Wheatley

Most Stylish SA Icon: Basetsana Kumalo

Said to be the exclusive equivalent of South Africa's Met Gala, The South African Style Awards 2019 will roll out the red carpet with the theme of "Dare to dress red."
