Miss South Africa 2022 has a new home, and it's worth R10.5 million!

The pageant organisation unveiled the luxurious penthouse apartment in which the 2022 crowned winner will reside during her 12-month reign.

In a video shared on Instagram, this year's top 10 finalists take fans and followers on a tour of the high-end double-storey apartment in the heart of Waterfall City, in the Ellipse Waterfall building.

Upon entering, viewers walk into a fully kitted open-planned kitchen/living/dining room. Also located on the first floor is what the contestants refer to as "the content room," plus a guest bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs is a second living/TV room area, also known as a "pyjama lounge," along with a guest toilet, a study area and, of course, the master bedroom, which also has an ensuite bathroom.

Both floors wouldn't be complete without luxurious outside balcony areas, with the top floor sporting a second dining area and a heated swimming pool.

Ellipse Waterfall – developed by Tricolt and Attacq – is a new, iconic high-rise apartment development spread across four gleaming, glass-fronted towers, namely Galileo, Cassini, Newton and Kepler. Featuring breathtaking architectural design, each striking apartment boasts ultra-indulgent modern finishes, eco- friendly features, airy interiors and floor to ceiling windows that offer unparalleled views of the Gauteng skyline. Residents have exclusive access to The Luna Club, which offers a host of wellness, business and leisure options.
