When it comes to cooking at home, Miss South Africa2021 top 30 contestant Bianca Bezuidenhout isn't concerned with complicated dishes and says a Nutella sandwich will do her just fine - her sweet tooth also extends to a penchant for sour worms, which she admits are her guilty pleasure!

But the 22-year-old, who hails from the Strand in Cape Town, is also conscious that many people in South Africa are struggling to provide a warm, nourishing meal for their family and themselves. That is why she has embarked on a project called "Jar of Hope".

She says: "This is a project where all South Africans who have the means can take care of one another in these uncertain and difficult times, by simply preparing a 'Jar of Hope' and blessing a family in need this winter."
