- On Wednesday, the 24-year-old will be presenting a Diversify Award at the 5th annual edition of the awards, before heading to Cape Town, South Africa, where she will attend the Miss South Africa 2021 pageant.
Miss Supranational Chanique Rabe is in Cannes, France!
The Namibian-born beauty is the first Miss Supranational from the African continent, and the 12th edition also marked the first time two finalists from Africa placed in the top five. (We spoke to Chanique about her history-making win here)
The 24-year-old, who was crowned Miss Supranational 2021 on 21 August in Poland- attended the premiere of Around the World in 80 Days at MIPCOM 2021 on Sunday. Wearing an evening gown by Cape Town designer Stephen Van Eeden, Chanique walked the runway alongside Miss Supranational France, Judith Brumant-Lachoua.
"So far France have been absolutely amazing," Chanique wrote on Instagram, thanking Judith for "making my time so special."
On Monday, Chanique had a special photocall at The Harbour Station, Palais Des Festivals, and on Tuesday, she visited all the television content stands.
On Wednesday evening, she will be presenting a Diversify Award at the 5th annual edition of the awards. The Diversify TV Excellence Awards were created to recognise, champion and celebrate diversity, equality and inclusion in television programming from around the world.
Chanique will soon be arriving in Cape Town, South Africa, where she will be attending the Miss South Africa 2021 pageant as a special guest.
