Connie often shares videos of her her dad, who although he's approaching 90, is a beast in the gym!
The Rockville actor previously said that her father, Sensei Fish Tuelo Masilo, a karateka, was known as 'Black Cat' in the boxing ring during the '60s and '70s.
"Absolutely have no excuse right?" Connie captioned a video of her dad, who turns 86 in May, doing an ab workout that would have many of us out of breath!
