Cape Town - Idols SA judge Somizi stormed out of church on Sunday, took a stand against homophobia and made a plea to churches all over SA.

The popular local host made the powerful statements in a set of two videos uploaded to his Instagram that have since gone viral.

Somizi attends Grace Bible Church in Soweto.

No opinion or advice needed. I'm just venting. @grace_bible_church

The Juice reached out to Somizi's church, Grace Bible Church, and Pastor Mathole who said the following: "We don't discriminate at all. Bishop Mills who made the sermon spoke on a number of lifestyle issues and his views on gay people are his own. Our church's views are the biblical ones that marriage is between a man and a woman, but we don't discriminate. We also don't feel that gay people need our endorsement."
