MultiChoice announced on Monday that it would bring Disney+ to DStv subscribers in South Africa.
The streaming service, which will launch in South Africa on 18 May, will be available to DStv subscribers via the Explora Ultra decoder on the same day.
Disney+ will join Netflix SA and Amazon Prime Video which are already available on the DStv Explora Ultra as subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) apps.

Disney said in a statement that subscription offers via DStv and sign-up information will be shared in due course.
