"The return of The DStv Mzansi Viewers' Choice Awards is something that really excites us as DStv," says Thabisa Mkhwanazi, MultiChoice South Africa's executive head of marketing.
"Not only are the awards a celebration of our extraordinary local talent, but they also put the fans who are our consumers, at centre of everything as they are the ones who will have voted for the different winners. As a business we remain committed to the growth of the local entertainment industry; we continue to invest significantly in South Africa's entertainment industry and are fully behind celebrating our local stars."
MultiChoice and Mzansi Magic will announce more details about the awards and the voting process later in the year.
