Khloé Kardashian is ready for baby number two with Tristan Thompson.

In the promo for the final season – which will premiere in the US on 18 March – fans got a sneak peek of True's parents discussing a sibling for her.

A source told E! News last week that the couple is on the same page and that they both want to have another baby.

The pair broke up amid a cheating scandal that involved Jordyn Woods but has since gotten back together after quarantining with their daughter during the coronavirus outbreak. The 29-year-old also shares Prince (4) with ex Jordan Craig.

The show released a full clip of the reality star and basketball player talking about expanding their family on Thursday.

"True is getting older. I just feel like it's now time to have another kid," says the Revenge Body host. To which Tristan responds with a grin: "Yup, that's what I like to hear."

The 36-year-old further reveals she started the process of freezing her eggs last year, and that she'll need Tristan's help to create an embryo.

"We have to line it up with your schedule so I can make embryos with my frozen eggs. I think I'm ready to do the whole pregnancy thing again. This process might take time; I have no idea. I think start the process, at least be prepared. I think it's going to work."
