I’m sure you’ve often wondered who makes the changes to the laws of the game and where the suggestions come from. Well, it’s my understanding that any member of the public can send in a suggestion and it will be considered by the International Football Association Board.

Ultimately, it is these people who decide. So, who are they, and where do they come from?
