EFF trio expelled ‘because they exposed leaders for receiving bribes’

Three EFF council members in the Northern Cape are disputing the termination of their membership and will be appealing this decision, which was communicated to them by the party last week.

According to expulsion papers seen by City Press, which were sent to the three members by EFF secretary-general Marshall Dlamini, the party’s Northern Cape provincial disciplinary committee (PDC) found them guilty of failing to follow a direct order to launch a branch before the second national people’s assembly last year.
