Andrew Mlangeni, the last remaining Rivonia Trialist and ANC's Isithwalandwe Seaparankwe award recipient (the party's highest honour) died on Tuesday evening. 

The 95-year-old anti-apartheid struggle veteran was admitted to 1 Military Hospital in Thaba Tshwane, Pretoria, last week Tuesday following an abdominal complaint. However, his son Sello said his father was doing fine earlier this week and when the news of his death was relayed to him it came as a shock.
