Hawks investigators conducted a search and seizure operation at the municipality’s offices in Malalane on Thursday.

Brigadier Hangwani Mulaudzi, the investigative unit’s spokesperson, said the Hawks were accompanied by members from the Digital Forensic Laboratory and the local police’s Criminal Record Centre.
