The Johannesburg High Court ruled in favour of Intrax Investments 28 (Pty) Ltd, a company which challenged the city’s decision relating to the leasing of portion 4 of Erf 1357 in Etwatwa Township, Benoni, Gauteng where the Caltex Etwatwa filling station is located.
