EFF leader Julius Malema has again challenged those accusing him and his deputy Floyd Shivambu of having benefited from the multibillion-rand looting of VBS Mutual Bank to produce evidence.

Malema was hosting a public question and answer session with five journalists who he invited to openly interrogate him on the VBS allegations.

The Daily Maverick’s investigative journalist Pauli Van Wyk, who has written extensively about the VBS scandal and its links to the EFF, was invited to the event, but she declined.
