The DA in the Eastern Cape has opened a criminal case against the municipal manager of the Port Alfred-based Ndlambe Local Municipality over an irregular R111 million tender.

Earlier this week, the official opposition in the province laid charges against Advocate Rolly Dumezweni at the Port Alfred Police Station.
