National Director of Public Prosecutions Shamila Batohi has come under attack from senior prosecutors who have written to President Cyril Ramaphosa, accusing her of harassing a powerful subordinate.

A petition signed by 30 prosecutors follows several investigations into Johannesburg chief prosecutor Pumeza Futshane, who is accused of bullying and undermining her staff.
